Tony Cafarelli

Chief Executive Officer

One of Tony's earliest jobs was working at his parents' restaurant, Busters Pizza, when he was a child. He met the rest of the Western State Pizza team at Western Michigan University, graduating with a BA in Marketing in 2005.

He has 10 years management experience at PNC Bank in Michigan, as well as 5 years as the Director of Operations for R1 RCM, a revenue cycle management company in the healthcare industry, overseeing a staff of over 200 employees.

His excitement and passion for sharing the culinary art that is a Detroit-style pizza is palpable and contagious, and he is the perfect ambassador for Jet's Pizza to the Pacific Northwest.

Board of Governors

Mr. Ryan Ambs attended Western Michigan University, graduating with a BA in Business Administration in 2005. He has ten years' experience in the banking industry, and is now the Comptroller and Co-Owner of Ambs Call Center, which specializes handling inbound calls for businesses with two domestic call centers and HIPAA compliant bilingual service. He is active in his community, serving on the boards of both the local Chamber of Commerce an Humane Society.

Mr. Ryan Ambs

Mr. Andrew Duhaime attended Western Michigan University in 1999/2000, graduating from Michigan State University with a BA in General Management in 2009 as well as an MBA from Oakland University in 2014. He is a proud veteran, serving as a Chief Boatswainsmate in the US Coast Guard from 2000 until 2014. Andrew is still in public service as a US government employee in Michigan.  

Mr. Lucas Kroeger

Mr. Lucas Kroeger attended Western Michigan University, graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2006, as well as the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2013. He has extensive and varied work experience, including the Urban Law Clinic, IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Social Security law, product engineering, manufacturing, production supervision, program management, and account management.

Maj. Christopher Young

Major Christopher Young attended Western Michigan University, graduating with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and Mathematics in 2005. He is a proud veteran and current guardsman, enlisting in the Michigan Air National Guard in 2002, earning a commission and now serving as Commander, 142nd Maintenance Operations Flight for the Oregon Air National Guard.  He has worked for the Boeing Corporation for nearly 20 years, and currently serves as a Senior Aerodynamics Engineer and FAA Organization Designation Authorization representative.
