Board of Governors

Mr. Ryan Ambs attended Western Michigan University, graduating with a BA in Business Administration in 2005. He has ten years' experience in the banking industry, and is now the Comptroller and Co-Owner of Ambs Call Center, which specializes handling inbound calls for businesses with two domestic call centers and HIPAA compliant bilingual service. He is active in his community, serving on the boards of both the local Chamber of Commerce an Humane Society.

Mr. Andrew Duhaime attended Western Michigan University in 1999/2000, graduating from Michigan State University with a BA in General Management in 2009 as well as an MBA from Oakland University in 2014. He is a proud veteran, serving as a Chief Boatswainsmate in the US Coast Guard from 2000 until 2014. Andrew is still in public service as a US government employee in Michigan.  

Mr. Lucas Kroeger attended Western Michigan University, graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2006, as well as the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2013. He has extensive and varied work experience, including the Urban Law Clinic, IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Social Security law, product engineering, manufacturing, production supervision, program management, and account management.

Maj. Christopher Young, Ret

Major Christopher Young attended Western Michigan University, graduating with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and Mathematics in 2005. He is a proud veteran and retired guardsman.  He has worked for the Boeing Corporation for nearly 20 years, and currently serves as a Senior Aerodynamics Engineer and FAA Organization Designation Authorization representative.

Mr. Andrew Duhaime

Mr. Tony Cafarelli worked some of his earliest jobs in his family's pizza restaurant in Michigan, and is the team member who led the day-to-day of Jet's Pizza Washington Store One when we opened in January 2024.  He attended Western Michigan University, earning a BA in Business Administration in 2005.  He chose to move on from service as the managing member of Western State Pizza in late 2025 and is looking forward to his next professional adventure.
